A top member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Kwaku Boahen was thrown out of the studios of Accra-based radio station, Peace FM, for allegedly being drunk.
According to Kasapa FM report, the NDC deputy Communications Director was allegedly dragged out of a live radio show for being drunk.
Reports say, the outspoken NDC man was scheduled to appear on a political show on Monday evening with the New Patriotic Party (NPP)’s Acting Director of Communications, Yaw Adomako Baafi, but he began demonstrating an unusual behavior shortly after he entered the studio.
The report added that Kwaku Boahen, whose misconduct and embarrassment could no longer be contained by the host of the show, Nana Yaw Kesse, was warned to either conduct himself well or be thrown out of the studio.
However, the NDC man continued with his unruly behavior to the surprise of many listeners, forcing producers of the show to drag him out of the live political show.
Sources say, the NDC communicator, Kwaku Boahen, at the time was heavily drunk and smelled of alcohol.
GhanaNewsPage.Com cannot independently confirm the allegations. However, a video which is gaining momentum on various social media platforms shows how the NDC top official was dragged out of the studios of Peace FM by producers of the show.
