A 14-year-old boy was burnt to death when fire razed a building in Tafo, a suburb of Kumasi in Ashanti Region.

The yet-to-be named boy was sleeping in a shop in the building when the fire started.

Eye witnesses told GhanaNewsPage.Com that the fire started around 5:30 am; the cause of the fire remains unknown.

The boy was the only casualty in the furnace.
