Former Energy Minister, Boakye Kyeremanten Agyarko has finally joined the 2020 election campaign of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
The former Energy Minister will make his maiden appearance on radio after being sacked from his position by President Nana Akufo-Addo today on Oman FM.
Mr Agyarko is noted for playing various roles in the campaigns of the NPP in previous elections.
In 2012, he was appointed National Campaign manager of the New Patriotic Party in the 2012 Presidential election.
He was appointed the Policy Adviser to the Presidential Candidate of the New Patriotic Party during the 2016 election.
When the party won power in the 2016 elections, Boakye Agyarko was appointed Energy Minister but was sacked after issues with the Ameri deal. He has since taken a back stage in politics.
He has however agreed to join the NPP campaign by staging a comeback on radio.
