The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has said that the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensah has been changing the results of the 2020 election like a mother changing the diapers of her baby.
Addressing the media in Accra, Sammy Gyamfi who presented what he described as the NDC’s evidence indicating that the 2020 election presidential results are not credible said the EC’s consistent changing of the figures obtained by candidates lay credence to the stance of the NDC.
“Jean Mensah has been changing the results of the elections on the EC’s website every now and then like a mother changing the pampers of her three-year-old…,” he said.
The communications officer of the NDC further explained that the 2020 presidential results declared by the Electoral Commissioner was rigged and fraudulent.
According to him, in some constituencies, NPP presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo figures shot up whiles that of the NDC presidential candidate, John Dramani Mahama was reduced.
He said there were also several instances of over voting in many polling station across the country.
Several voters, he said, also voted without going through biometric verification.
