Afcon 2021 Qualifiers: Andre Ayew’s brace give Ghana 2-0 victory over Sudan

Ghana continued their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying campaign in style as they managed to keep clean sheet in their 2-0 win against Sudan.

The Blacks Stars of Ghana dominated their Sudanese counterparts throughout the game on Thursday at Cape Coast Stadium, Ghana where they  picked all three points.

Ghanaian international, Andre Ayew’s brace sealed victory for the Black Stars.

Both goals came around the 32nd and 83rd minute of the game.

For most Ghanaians, if C.K Akonnor and his boys continue to play well like what they did against Sudan, then they will be able to win back the heart of Ghanaian soccer fans.

After poor performances and failure to win any cup in decades, current GFA President, Kurt Okraku initiated #BringBackTheLove campaign which they wanted to use it as an advantage to pull more support for the Black Stars.

Ghana currently maintain it’s first  position in Group C after their wonderful performance against Sudan.

The Black Stars will face Sudan in their return match which will happen on November 17.
