President Nana Akufo-Addo’s government is “extremely impotent”, Deputy General Secretary of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has said.
According to him, the Daily Guide newspaper owned by the Blays keep churning out anti-NDC stories because Mr Freddie Blay, acting Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party as well as Board Chairman of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC), and his, Gina, Ghana’s Ambassador to the Netherlands, are savouring the largess of the party.
“Their party is in power, they cannot criticise the failings of this extremely impotent NPP government.
“They said we were incompetent, they are extremely impotent; it is the impotence of this government that has immobilised the security services and allowing these rascals, rogues and hoodlums to be doing what they are doing. What kind of life is that?” Mr Anyidoho said.
