Akufo-Addo has killed our dreams – Blakk Rasta

Outspoken Broadcaster and Reggae musician Abubakar Ahmed popularly known as Blakk Rasta says President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo struggled to the seat of the Presidency just to fulfill his childhood dream and not for the interest of his people.

According to Blakk Rasta, the President after ascending the highest position in the country as the first gentleman has however killed the dreams of many Ghanaians with his governance.

“Nana Addo has come into being as president, his childhood dream because his father was a ceremonial president and his dream had been fulfilled but he has killed our dreams. Look at what is happening in Ghana”. Blakk Rasta said this in an interview with JoyPrime.

He also accused the president of mismanaging the economy and making things difficult like food shortages among others.

The ‘Barack Obama’ hitmaker also argued that the President is too old to be governing the country and should take backstage and rather give the mantle to a younger one who can offer advice.

In his view, at 78 President Akufo- Addo has the ‘brain’ but lacks the strength required of a president to govern

“All these old men Nana Addo and the rest of them, they are supposed to sit back and advise the youths”
