A dispatch rider who was part of Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s convoy to the Northern Region have been involved in an accident.
The accident, GhanaNewsPage.Com reporter said happened at a village near Sang near Mion in the Northern region.
Security agencies after the accident ordered other vehicles in the convoy to drive on.
He has since been conveyed to the hospital for treatment.
The motor has been sent to the Regional Coordinating Council in Tamale.
Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is currently in the Northern region for a three-day visit.
He’s expected to visit chiefs and opinion leaders as part of his visit.
