Black Stars head coach, Milovan Rajevac has been relieved of his post by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).
The Serbian trainer was sacked after a meeting with the Sports Ministry following the abysmal performance of the Black Stars at the 2021 AFCON.
Ghanaians called for his dismissal after the Stars failed to progress from a group that was made up of Morocco, Gabon and Comoros Islands.
This caused the Ministry to summon a meeting after the Stars arrived in Ghana from Cameroon.
He will be leaving with his technical handlers.
He will however be paid his seven months salary as a result of the termination of his contract.
Information gathered by GhanaNewsPage.Com is that the Ministry has made it clear that they wouldn’t pay the severance package for the coach.
They have asked the GFA to find money to pay him.
