Energy Minister, John Peter Amewu has claimed victory in Hohoe Constituency Parliamentary elections.
The Minister who had a huge task of claiming a seat in a region which is the NDC’s stronghold posted on his Facebook wall that he finally won the seat.
He posted:
“I voted today at the St. Theresa’s primary school. I wish to commend us all for conducting ourselves peacefully and transparently.
We made history today in Hohoe’s political journey, My gratitude goes to everybody for making this happen; God bless us all.
