Akufo-Addo deserves another term – Obed Asamoah

Former president, John Dramani Mahama decided to take his campaign for the 2020 elections to a new level when he engaged Ghanaians on Facebook on his page.

The maiden edition was well patronised as the 2020 flagbearer of the main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) answered selected questions from his Facebook followers.

He addressed issues ranging from the closure of radio stations to the banking sector which according to him has led to about 20,000 losing their jobs.

He also spoke about the Free SHS which he had described as a policy which has come to stay.

His explanation however did not seem to sit well with a Facebooker, Precious Jacynta, who decided to go sarcastic on the former first gentleman of the land.

Instead of asking question in relation to the Free SHS which has become the flagship policy of the Akufo-Addo administration, Precious Jacynta instead chose to ridicule the former President by calling on him to ensure that Guinea Fowls which went missing under the SADA project are brought back.

Precious claimed that the Guinea Fowls will be used as meat to feed the beneficiaries of the Free SHS policy.

“Also the nkofem that flew to Burkina, please kindly call them back, we need to prepare light soup for the Free SHS students…,”she posted.

Her sarcastic comment has since gone viral on social media.
