Award-winning rapper Kofi Kinaata has stated that he does not associate himself with Christianity or any other religion.
Kofi Kinaata disclosed that though he believes in God he does not see himself as a Christian because the religion is man-made.
In an interview on Joy FM and monitored by YEN.com.gh, the ‘Things Fall Apart’ hitmaker said he does not believe in religion because it is man-made, but he believes there is a most-high God who created the universe.
“God is not a Christian. God is not a religion, we humans brought religion,” the ‘Time No Dey’ singer said. Kofi Kinaata sees no reason why he should associate himself with something man-made when he can go directly to God.
YEN.com.gh earlier reported that Kofi Kinaata had released a preview for his new cartoon music video for his ‘Things Fall Apart’ hit song.
Since he released the ‘Things Fall Apart’ hit song in 2019, Kofi Kinaata has gained major recognition across the length and breadth of this country.
The ‘Things Fall Apart’ hit song speaks about the hypocritical nature of Ghanaians in the religious circles.
In the video sighted by YEN.com.gh, cartoon version Kinaata is seen singing the verse of the song which says the girls we see in the church are the same girls we see in the club.
The video also shows ladies dressed as choristers singing in church and the next moment the same girls are seen in the club partying the night away.
