Rmmanuel Kintu, a security Analyst has asserted that attacks on citizens and other related crimes had increased due to the politicizartion of Ghanas security system.
In an interview on Citi TV which was monitored by Ghana News Page, Emmanuel Kintu said Ghana’s polarized system had created a situation where security officials were now taking orders from politicians instead of solely abiding by their code of ethnics in discharging their duties.
He said the military is suppose to have its own command and control, but we have a democratic system where were we have politicians being chairmen of the Regional Security Councils and District Security Councils.
Mr. Kintu made these comment while sharing his thoughts on the attack on Ibrahim Muhammed , popularly known as Kaaka , a social activist and the recent misfortune in Ejura that led the death of two and four others injured.
“I think its about time government sits up and make people pay for their actions” he said
