Ekow Ewusi AGAIN!! Court ORDERS him to APOLOGISE to Kweku Baako for ‘LYING’ about him

Suspended Central Regional first Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Horace Ekow Ewusi has been been ordered to render an unqualified apology to the Editor-in-chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper for accusing him of engaging in galamsey.

He is to cause a publication in the Daily Graphic Newspaper and also appear on Adom TV’s Badwam where he made the disparaging remarks about the journalist to offer the apology.

The order forms part of a consent judgment agreed to by the parties and agreed to by a High Court in Accra in the matter of Abdul Malik Kweku Baako vs Ekow Ewusi.

Mr Baako had sued Ekow Ewusi for alleging on Adom TV in April 2019 that he [Baako] was engaged in Galamsey and linked him to Alaska C & G Mining.

Lawyers for the plaintiff and defendant agreed to a consent judgment which includes Mr Ewusi apologising to the journalist.

Investigative Journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, published the Consent Judgement published below on his Facebook wall:
