Journalism has been my prior job during childhood. With all things been so good for me, I am able to achieve my aim and fulfill the promise I made to my family. I am now a renowned sports journalist working with Ghana News Page.

Ghanaian international Emmanuel Lomotey has expressed delight after he was named in Black Stars squad for October’s international friendly game against Mali.

Lomotey who plies his trade for French Ligue 2 side Amiens SC couldn’t hide his delight after getting his maiden call up to the senior national team.

The former Dreams FC midfielder has represented Ghana at the U20, U23 and the Black Star B levels, but this is the first time he will get the opportunity to feature for the senior national team.

According to him, playing for the senior national team is a dream come true.

“Always been a great opportunity to serve in the national colours but doing so at the highest level (senior national team) is every boy’s dream. Honoured & Grateful,” Lomotey wrote on his Twitter handle.

Lomotey joined Amiens at the beginning of the season following his impressive spell at Spanish Segunda B side Extremadura.
