A portion of the Kaneshie Market complex has been gutted by fire.
This comes a few days after the Kantamanto market in Accra’s Central Business District got was burnt of which cause is yet to be ascertained.
Traders at the Kaneshie Market complex are suspicious of the cause of the fire and has called on the government to investigate because the fire could be caused by arsons.
In this past week, major markets in the country including Kantamanto, Koforidua and now Kanseshie have seen fire outbreaks.
Meanwhile, personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service have moved in to douse the fire.
