Four prominent members from the biggest opposition National Democratic Congress have joined New Patriotic Party in Karaga Constituency in the Northern Region of Ghana

These are Mba Yamba, former Communications Officer of NDC in the Karaga Constituency, Mr. Ayaro, a former Deputy Constituency Organizer of NDC, Afa Suhununu a prominent farmer in the Karaga area and Yakubu Jina, am NDC Youth Activist.

These high profile personalities have since joined the campaign of Dr. Amin Anta and are seen with him everywhere he visits.

Also, an NDC youth group in Karaga called *BEGPLIN* and numbering 52 today defected to the NPP.

These defections were made when the NPP parliamentary candidate for Karaga and Deputy Energy Minister toured the constituency to thank NPP delegates, the chiefs and people of Karaga for their massive endorsement during the recent NPP parliamentary primaries.

Reports further show that the level of defections to the NPP since Dr. Amin Anta won the primaries is unparalleled and is daily affairs.

The people are impressed about his message of hope and development and the numerous interventions he has made so far towards the development of the constituency.

He thanked the people for their support and the love shown him by the supporters of NPP and the people of karaga.

He assured them of the continuous determination by President Nana Akufo-Addo to addressing their development challenges through the provision of educational facilities, free senior high school, district scholarship scheme, good drinking water and affordable health among others.

He promised to be a good son and servant to them and will ensure that they get what is due them from the National cake when he is elected the MP for the area.
