Franklin Osei double secures Karela huge victory

    Karela United recorded a hard fought 2-1 victory against Dreams FC at the Crosby Awuah Memorial Park on Sunday.

    The Aiyinase based outfit had to rally from behind to hand the Still Believe lads their first defeat of the season.

    Joseph Esso shot the visitors in front in the 36th minute. His second goal of the season after netting last weekend in the win against Medeama.

    But the lead only lasted a few minutes as Franklin Osei drew Karela level with a beautiful freekick.

    Osei grabbed his brace in the 65th minute to seal the victory and move Karela to the top of the league with seven points.
