The Assembly member for Kwabedu – Bogrekrom electoral area is now living in fear as his life is in danger after Gay Association in Tarkwa in the Western Region threatened to beat him up.
Honourable Paa Kwesi Ephraim is been hunted for trying to discourage members to leave the gay group.
Speaking on Adom FM, he indicated that some members of the association came to his house to beat him up because they (gay group) have written letters to various churches within his catchment area inviting new members to join the ‘gay group’ they have already formed and needed more members specifically teenagers.
He added, the group is now furious after given the names of the members to the police to handle and investigate the case.
“The gay association comprises of about fifty (50) people and they are between the ages fifteen and seventeen. But their leader is about twenty six years” hon. Ephraim said profusely.
The CEO of Only prayer Can Save Company LTD, a civil society group, Eric Fosu has however alleged the association will be backed by some leaders in the municipality and therefore appealed to the police to fasten their investigation.
