Ghana Premier League: Kotoko thrash Medeama; Hearts crash in Bechem

Kumasi Asante Kotoko run riot over Medeama FC at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday when the two clashed in the Week 21 fixture of the 2017 Ghana Premier League.

The Porcupine Warriors recorded an emphatic 3:1 win over the team from the West.

Evans Quao opened the scores for the Porcupine Warriors in the 12^th Minute. Ahmed Adams made it 2-0 for Kotoko in the 39^th Minute. In the 58^th Minute, on fire striker, Saddick Adams scored the third goal for the Porcupine Warriors.

Medeama recorded a consolation goal in the 93^rd Minute.

The win sees Kotoko going top of arch rivals, Hearts of Oak which was stunned by a goal to nil at Bechem.

The two teams meet in the Week 22 fixture of the Ghana Premier League.
