Ghana School of Law: 499 ‘failed’ LLB students storm court ahead of hearing

Lawyers of the 499 ‘failed’ LLB students are expected to move an interlocutory application to injunct the 2021/2022 academic activities following the Ghana School of Law failure to admit them.

The case is scheduled to be heard by the High Court in Accra today, Friday, October 29, 2021.

In the said suit, the General Legal Council (GLC) and the Attorney General (AG) have been served as the 1st and 2nd respondents respectively.

The plaintiffs want their fundamental human rights enforced after they were denied admission despite their firm conviction of passing the Ghana School of Law entrance exams.

EIB Network court correspondent, Murtala Inusah reports scores of the 499 ‘failed’ LLB students have thronged the court premises to observe proceedings in their case.
