Former Foreign Affairs Minister, Hannah Serwah Tetteh has called on newly elected constituency executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to work to bring about unity in the party.

The former Awutu Senya West Member of Parliament (MP) made the call in a tweet which sought to wish the party which went to polls elect Constituency executives over the weekend.

“Congratulations to all newly elected Constituency Executives of the National Democratic Congress; reach out to your brothers & sisters who were not elected yesterday. Your first responsibility is bring reconciliation & unity after a hard fought campaign. We are stronger together,” she tweeted.

The NDC since defeat in the 2016 elections has been re-organizing itself for victory in 2020.

The party has held its branch and wards elections and succeeded in electing constituency executives across the country over the weekend.

It is not clear if Hannah Tetteh who was defeated by Deputy Communications Minister, George Andah in the 2016 will contest the 2020 polls.
