‘I will publicly receive my COVID vaccine’ – Ablakwa

Member of Parliament (MP) for the North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has said that he is ready to receive his COVID-19 vaccine anytime it arrives in the country.

According to him, he looks forward to publicly taking his shot.

The Legislator in a social media post monitored by GhanaNewsPage.Com urged all his constituents and compatriots to do same when it finally gets to their turn.

Ablakwa in his post again urged all to do their best to confront vaccine hesitancy, adding that it’s time to develop more confidence in scientists, ignoring conspiracy theorists.

He again pleaded for “anti vaxxers” to be reached out with obviously compelling scientific evidence to defeat the pandemic.

“As the MP for North Tongu, I’m absolutely ready for the COVID-19 vaccine when it gets to my turn. I look forward to publicly receiving my jab.

“I urge all my constituents and compatriots to do same.

“Let’s all do our best to boldly confront vaccine hesitancy. It is time to develop more confidence in our scientists and ignore conspiracy theorists.

Please reach out to all ” anti vaxxers” with obviously compelling scientific evidence and let’s #DefeatCOVIDTogether” Honourable Ablakwa wrote.
