Journalism has been my prior job during childhood. With all things been so good for me, I am able to achieve my aim and fulfill the promise I made to my family. I am now a renowned sports journalist working with Ghana News Page.

Kotoko returnee, Danlad Ibrahim has revealed that he is back at Asante Kotoko to learn than to compete for the first choice goalkeeper.

The 17-year old ended his loan spell at Berekum Chelsea on Wednesday, and he is back at parent club Kotoko where he has to compete with captain Felix Annan and first choice goalie Kwame Baah.

The teen sensation is unfazed by competition, but insists he is interested in learning from the experience shot-stoppers.

“I’m not afraid of competition though but I’m a young goalkeeper and ready to learn from [Felix Annan and Kwame Baah] because they were in the game before me,” Danlad told OTEC FM.

“I’m not back to compete; I’m coming to work hard and just stay calm and put up my best anytime I will be given the opportunity. I’m preparing myself for the future,” he added.

Ibrahim gained first team experience at the Berekum based club, playing 14 times and keeping an incredible 8 clean sheets.
