The Former president has began his two day tour in the Savannah region from today the 27th August 2019 to Wednesday the 28th August 2019.
He has visited various chiefs and elders of communities in the Savannah region including the Mankpang-Wura where he was enskinned the “BorenaSa-Wura”.
He was Led by the Savannah regional communication Officer Malik Basintale to an abandoned project particularly a senior high school known as the E-Blocks.
The Former President Mahama felt shocked at how pupils in the community have been subjected to “deliberate wickedness” of letting them walk about 10kilometres to the near by school whiles they could have been allowed to use the already completed Mahama E-Block school.
“I feel sad for my people in this community. These are some of the things we speak about everyday. Why will people be allowed to go through such harsh situations because of petty political victimization. Let’s vote this government out to save the nation”
