The Ghana Immigration Service has interdicted five immigration officers who allegedly facilitated the illegal entry of foreign nationals to enter Ghana.
The interdicted officers are Assistant Inspector Isaac Ahiafor Agbennyega, Assistant Inspector Sarah Adubea, ICO Juliana Anning, ICO Jennifer Owusu Ansah and RO Joyce Nketia.
In a statement dated 9th July, 2020 copied to GhanaNewsPage.Com, these five officers facilitated the illegal entries of foreign nationals through unapproved routes in Aflao.
The statement further noted that, while on the interdiction, these officers would be entitled to two thirds of their salaries.
