News caster at Despite Media, Ohenenana Kwame Amoh has been declared wanted by the Police for his involvement in the disturbances at the church of renowned Man of God, Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah.
The man of God and some three others were arrested by the police on Sunday (September 12) for attacking some police officers at his church premises.
The three suspects were named as Michael Boateng, Frederick Ohene and Nathaniel Agyekum.
Three days into a one-week remand by an Accra Circuit Court, the General Overseer of the Glorious Word Power Ministry International and the other three tasted freedom when an Accra High Court granted him bail.
The High Court, presided over by Justice Comfort Kwasiwor Tasiame, admitted Rev. Owusu Bempah to bail in the sum of GH¢200,000, with two sureties.
He however re-appeared in court today where the old charges pressed against him were dropped for new ones.
He was subsequently re-arrested and admitted to GHC 100,000 bail along with four other members of his church.
He was charged for actively instigating his junior pastors who are also charged along with him, to assault police officers who were sent to effect an arrest on the Agradaa case.
The Police prosecution are therefore taking him on in a different case that runs different from the Agradaa Trial where he is on a Ghc200,000 bail.
Prosecution had told the court that the Police should be given a week for the facts and charges brought against Owusu Bempah and four others to be amended.
Some other persons who were spotted in the video including Peace FM’s Ohene Nana Kwame Amo were declared wanted by the Police to assist with investigations.
The media personality is a Pastor in Rev Owusu-Bempah’s church.
