Journalism has been my prior job during childhood. With all things been so good for me, I am able to achieve my aim and fulfill the promise I made to my family. I am now a renowned sports journalist working with Ghana News Page.

As we approach the 2020-21 Ghana Football season, GNP Sports will take time to profile all 18 clubs who play in the Premier League.

Today’s focus will be on Techiman Eleven Wonders FC.

Name: Techiman Eleven Wonders FC
Venue: Ohene Ameyaw Park, Techiman
Nickname: Sure Wonders
Head Coach: Ignatius Osei-Fosu

Techiman Eleven Wonders FC are a Ghanaian football club from Techiman currently playing in the Ghana Premier League.

The Sure Wonders earned promotion to the top flight of Ghanaian soccer for the first time in 2017 after finishing in first place in Zone 1 of the Division One League.

Techiman Eleven Wonders played their first top-flight match against Hearts of Oak at their base at the Ohene Ameyaw Park, Techiman.

Striker Alex Asamoah netted an equalizer for the now boys after Winful Cobbinah had given Hearts the lead. Asamoah thus becomes the first player to score Eleven Wonders’ first premier league goal.

The season was however cancelled following the Anas Documentary with all results scrapped. This means technically, Eleven Wonders are yet to taste a full season in Ghana’s top flight.
