Journalism has been my prior job during childhood. With all things been so good for me, I am able to achieve my aim and fulfill the promise I made to my family. I am now a renowned sports journalist working with Ghana News Page.

New Mamelodi Sundowns senior coach Steve Komphela says he will forever remain indebted to Golden Arrows chairlady Mato Madlala for the role she played in his soccer career.

KickOff broke the news on Sunday that Komphela had resigned from Arrows to join treble winners Sundowns, where he will work behind Manqoba Mngqithi and Rhulani Mokwena on the technical team.

The former Bloemfontein Celtic coach has already reported for duty at Chloorkop in preparation for the 2020/21 season, which kicks off with the MTN8 this weekend.

In his first club interview, Komphela thanked Abafana Bes’thende boss Madlala for granting him the opportunity to join The Brazilians despite still having a running contract with the Durban-based club.
