Ghana Premier League side Asante Kotoko will be terminating the contract of ten senior players ahead of the 2020/21 season.
According to Kessben FM, Coach Konadu has submitted a list of ten players to the newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer, Nana Yaw Amponsah, who are not in his plans for the upcoming season.
According Ghananewspage.com sources, the list of players to be offloaded by Asante Kotoko include three defenders, four midfielders and three strikers.
Guinean international Naby Keita, Richard Arthur and Matthew Kelvin Andoh topped the list given to the CEO.
Youngsters Collins Ameyaw, Douglas Owusu Ansah and Kingsley Effah Osei were among the players who will be shipped out of the Kumasi-based club.
Former AshantiGold SC star Godfred Asiamah, Sam Adams and Abass Mohammed have been declared as surplus to requirement by the club’s technical team.
Veteran right-back Augustine Sefah will also be leaving the Porcupine Warriors following the expiration of his contract.
