Ghana midfielder Majeed Ashimeru has joined Anderlecht on a permanent deal from Austrian top-flight side RB Salzburg.
The deal was confirmed three days after Ashimeru revealed on TV3 that talks between Salzburg and Anderlecht were progressing well.

Anderlecht technical director, Peter Verbeke added: “Despite a difficult integration due to Covid and an injury, Majeed has shown in his best moments what he can teach us.
“He has an excellent vista and passing, coupled with speed and infiltration ability, interesting qualities to give our midfield a little extra bring the following seasons.”
