The Chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC) Charlotte Osei is scheduled to meet Members of Parliament (MP) on Wednesday, July 26, 2017.
The EC Boss is to answer questions relating to the 2016 presidential and parliamentary elections.
She will also answer questions on the money generated from the accreditation fees the commission charged journalists who covered the elections.
There have been counter-accusations between the EC chair and her deputies after some faceless staff of EC petitioned the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo calling for her removal.
The EC Boss is being accused of “single-handedly” signing contracts without adhering to the Public Procurement Act.
She has also accused her two deputies Amadu Sulley and Madam Georgina Opoku Amankwaa of gross insubordination, corruption and arrogance.
It is likely the internal wranglings going on in the commission will be raised on the floor of the house.
