The National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye, has described contenders for the National Youth Organiser position in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) as people with ‘small ribs’,
Speaking on Accra-based Asempa FM as monitored by GhanaNewsPage.Com, Nana B said he has so far not seeing any ‘solid’ person among the many people seeking to contest the position.
“All those who are running for the position are no match for me, they have small spines… they are very small…Brogya Genfi, Opare Addo are all small…,” he said.
Nana B who was elected the National Youth Organiser position of the NPP over the weekend said he is really poised for action.
He said he has already started work and will work to ensure that the party retains power in the 2020 election.
Nana B polled 423 votes as against 246 by his closest contender, Dominic Kwesi Eduah, who aspired to go a notch up from his position as Deputy National Youth Organiser.
Kamal-Deen Abdulai came third with 102 votes with Emmanuel Nana Dannsa Appiah polling a single vote, shockingly, to come last.
Nana B also urged all members of the NPP to put their differences aside and work together to ensure that party and the government becomes stronger.
