No gov’t can fulfill all of its promises – Opanin Agyekum tell #FixGhanaNow campaigners

The Head of the Linguistics Department at the University Of Ghana, Prof Kofi Agyekum has said that he’s not sure the Akufo-Addo administration can fulfill all the promises it made to Ghanaians during the electioneering campaign.

Speaking on Accra-based Peace FM’s Kokrokoo monitored by GhanaNewsPage.Com, the government cannot fulfill most of its promises because they’re too many.

“The promises from the government should be the ones he can fulfill to meet the expectations of the people when he assumes office,” he said.

“No government will be able to deliver all his promises during his tenure of office so they should stop deceiving the people with a lot of promises,” he said.

“I also think the people should be specific with the pressing needs they want the government to fix so that there wouldn’t be disappointments at the end,” he added. Serwaa Appau
