GhanaNewsPage.Com can confirm that Kwame Baffoe, Brong Ahafo regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has been discharged from the Duayaw Nkwanta hospital.
The man known as Abronye DC suffered a fracture and shoulder dislocation from the beatings he was attacked by unknown thugs at Atebubu in the region.
His car was also destroyed in the process by the thugs believed to be supporters of the NPP.
They are reported to have carried out the attack in protests over constant calls by Abronye DC for government to sack the Brong Ahafo Regional Minister Kwaku Asoma-Cheremeh. an allegation the Regional Minister has since denied.
After spending 3 nights at the facility, the vociferous communicator of the NPP was discharged from the facility.
He is currently recuperating at home.
