Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP), Kennedy Agyapong has shown the pictures of three (3) persons who he claimed to be real founders of Bishop Daniel Obinim’s church, International Godsway Church.

The controversial Legislator who has been on a mission to strip the man of God naked claimed on Net 2 TV monitored by GhanaNewsPage.Com that the three people founded the church with Obinim.

He named them as Isaac Kwadwo Owusu, Isaac Kofi Owusu and another person.

According to the Law maker, Obinim managed to convince one of them, Kwadwo Owusu to make his father’s house available to him for them to commence the church there.

Obinim was said to have later convinced Kwadwo Owusu to agree for them to demolish the father’s building for them to commence the church at that location.

The four later opened an account in the name of the church. Bishop Obinim allegedly changed the name on the account into his name as part of efforts to control the church.

Ken Agyapong further narrated that Obinim’s co-founders who were not pleased with the way he was going about the management of the church and the kind of rituals he was performing decided to leave the church.

This was after Obinim had bought a plot of land for the church. Interestingly, Obinim was the only signatory for the land and hence claimed ownership.

Kwadwo Owusu however impressed upon Obinim to rebuild his father’s house which he had pulled down; something the man of God never did resulting in Kwadwo taking him complaining to the police about the action.

After almost nine years, the case is yet to be resolved.
