The dancehall Champion, Shatta Wale endorsed the News Website by sharing a story published by the Website on his Facebook page with the Caption “A joke to the president wow??r u DKB…My tweet to meet President Akufo-Addo was a Joke – Samini ”
Shatta Wale shared the a widely circulated story of Samini that he was joking when he requested an invite to the Flagstaff House.
Samini claimed in an interview later his tweet was a joke.
“That was a joke, I was excited about fact that he was able to tweet at an artist and the artiste replied and whatever they spoke about finally happened , so it is a sign that the president can hangout with us but really you don’t have to expect the president to be on twitter everyday to reply everyone…so I was just joking but on a serious note big up to the president but every Ghanaian will love to be at the flagstaff house so if the opportunity comes why not grab it.”
All this brouhaha started when Shatta Wale paid courtesy call to the President to the Flag staff House.
