PHOTOS: CEO of Legacy Media donates relief items to aged and Taxi Drivers in Swedru

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of legacy media, Nana Kum Krampah, affectionately has donated bags of rice, oil, money and clothes worth millions of cedis to the aged and vulnerable and taxi drivers in the Agona Swedru district of the Central Region.

The donation forms part of efforts on his part to help the poor and the needy during the COVID-19 period.

Nana Krampah after the donation appealed to the to the public particularly the youth to ensure that they take good care of their parents once they are alive.

According to her, most of the aged and vulnerable who were beneficiaries of her donation revealed to her that they are struggling to feed their children due to the abject poverty which they live in.

“I haven’t eaten any food today. The only money on me now is 20 pesewas which I’m even waiting for my son to come back from school so that I will check his bag and see if I can get 30 pesewas from it. I will add it to the 20 pesewas and use it for gari,” an old woman who shed tears after receiving GHC 200.00 from Nana Krampah.

Interestingly, the old woman claimed she has daughters who are nurses in the United States of America (USA).

Taxi Drivers who were beneficiaries of the donation also expressed her gratitude and joy to Nana Krmapah.
