The police in Nsawam in the Eastern Region has arrested a 32-year old man for parading as a military man.
The suspect, whose name was given as Wiafe was apprehended Monday evening on the Adeiso-Nsawam road.
According to information available to GhanaNewsPage.Com, he had travelled to the vicinity and claimed to be a military man from Kumasi who could help recruit people into the military.
Captain Wiafe as h was known thus extorted various sums of money from the unsuspecting public.
He is currently at the Nsawam police station while investigation continue.
