The Director of the Isaac Parker Memorial Foundation has furnished the library of the Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Mamprobi to commemorate the birthday of her late son.

Isaac Paa Kwesi Parker, who died in the year 1989, her mother, Esther Yaaba Tackie, told GhanaNewsPage.Com was her only son who she believes would have loved to help under privileged children while alive.

The library of the church was furnished with several books, which she said, was procured with the help of several donors and friends from the United Kingdom (UK).

“I furnished this toddler’s library with the hope of helping inculcate into the children of today, the habit of reading because I have seen that people including Christians do not love reading…,” she said.

She further said that donating items to help the needy was nothing new to her as she has always come down to Ghana from the UK to help the needy in Ghana.

“I have supplied books to libraries and helped several other foundations, I have appeared on Maame Dokono’s programmes and done a lot…,” she said.
