Personnels of the Ghana Police service had earlier raided and closed down newly opened of the group following calls from Civil society organizations ( CSOs), traditional rulers and religious bodies including the Catholic Bishops’ conference.
Speaking at the event, Mr Akufo Addo said:
” I have said it before, and let me stress again. It will not be under the presidency of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo that same sex will be legal”.
Meanwhile, some members of the major opposition National Democratic Congress ( NDC), have reacted to the President’s stance, saying they don’t still trust him.
