The National Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), George Opare Addo has called on Communications Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful to be circumspect in her comments about the former President.

The Minister who is also a Member of Parliament (MP) for Ablekuma West in a report filed by GhanaNewsPage.Com described the former first gentleman of the land as a ‘someone who talks like a serial caller’.

“He really ought to have known better before making those statements…it was totally out line, the former President argued like a serial caller for claiming that only pro-NDC media houses are being shutdown,” Mrs Owusu Ekuful said in the report by GhanaNewsPage.Com.

The comment of the Communications Minister did not go down well with NDC sympathizers have attracted a sharp reaction from the party’s Youth Organiser, George Opare Addo.

Reacting to this on Adom TV as monitored by GhanaNewsPage.Com, Pablo, as George Opare Addo is known and called in political circles said the Communications Minister ought to be measured in her comments.

He said Ursula’s likening the former President to a serial caller did not surprise him as the Minister is known for always being harsh on the former President.

“She has to watch the way she communicates, how can you describe a former President as someone who talks like a serial caller…but mind you, some serial callers are even more knowledgeable that Ursula Owusu…,” he replied.
