‘That woman has failed in life’ – Ken Agyapong on Adwoa Safo’s e-levy ransom

The Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Mr Kennedy Agyapong, has condemned the MP for the Dome Kwabenya Constituency, Sarah Adwoa Safo, for demanding to be made a deputy majority leader before she shows up in parliament to vote for the controversial e-levy.

“She says she wants to be a deputy majority leader; that woman has failed in life. A whole minister, a cabinet minister, now demanding that she should be made a deputy majority leader before she comes, she should go to hell,” the Assin Central MP stated on GTV’s Breakfast Daily, Monday, 21 February 2022.

According to the Assin North MP, the Dome Kwabenya MP requested through a letter to be made a deputy majority leader before she returns to parliamentary business.

“Don’t think I have two kids with her, therefore I’ll never speak the truth even at gunpoint I’ll speak the truth.”

Meanwhile, the Assin Central MP has said that the Dome Kwabenya seat could be declared vacant due to Ms Safo’s absence from parliament.

“If you don’t come to Parliament and you’re on TikTok singing, Dome Kwabenya is not for Apostle Kwadzo Safo”.

“She should go and contest on TikTok.”
