Journalism has been my prior job during childhood. With all things been so good for me, I am able to achieve my aim and fulfill the promise I made to my family. I am now a renowned sports journalist working with Ghana News Page.

Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko striker Obed Owusu has dropped some bombshells on management of the Kumasi based club for not doing the rightful thing after their accident three years ago.

Kotoko Ex- Striker Obed Owusu, has told Kessben sports in an interview that only accident victims would understand what they went through three years ago. Someone died in our accident so it is not for us to fight for our insurance package.

“Everyone at Kotoko knows that when there’s an accident, the victims deserve some compensations. It doesn’t matter whether I am alive or not because I have a family that can receive my benefit on my behalf. So sincerely, I don’t understand why Kotoko should wait and be told to do what’s right”, he added.

“Some of my Ex- colleagues are no more in the team and they left the club not in same condition as they came”.

“That should tell you, being an accident victim isn’t a good experience so they should sit up and do the right thing”, he concluded.

Flashback: In 2017, Kotoko suffered a fatal accident when they were returning from a league match game against Inter Allies in Accra. It was a sad night for the Krobea family and Ghana football.
