The 2020 Presidential Candidate of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Madam Akua Donkor has written to the Supreme Court to quash the petition of the 2020 Presidential Candidate of the main opposition, NDC, John Mahama.
According to her, there is no evidence to suggest that the results as collated by the Electoral Commission (EC) did not reflect the true happenings in the polls.
Her petition is a counter one against that of President Mahama and the NDC asking the court to overturn the results of the 2020 elections.
Meanwhile the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the NDC today gave its blessing to John Mahama for him to petition the Supreme Court over the results of the elections.
