Two Members of Parliament (MPs) have tested positive for COVID-19, GhanaNewsPage.Com can report.

According to information sighted on the website of Starr FM, the MPs had their results disclosed to them following a voluntary testing conducted in Parliament for the disease.

13 Parliamentary staff who also went for the voluntary testing also tested positive for the disease.

The Speaker of Parliament has therefore asked that MPs and Staff of Parliament go for compulsory testing.

The results of the test will be confidential.
