Asante Kotoko Brazilian midfielder, Fabio Dos Santos Gama, has visited the Porcupine Warriors’ training complex, Adako Jachie, for the first time since he joined the club with his little son.
The 28-year-old former Varnamo midfielder arrived in Ghana with his wife and son after a signing a two-year contract with the record 23-time Ghana Premier League winners on October 23, 2020.
He joined the Reds on a free transfer after leaving Swedish lower-tier side Jonkopings Sodra IF.
Gama was welcomed at Adoko Jachie by enthusiastic Asante Kotoko holding a banner that has his picture printed on it.
He held discussions with head coach, Maxwell Konadu, and other technical staff of the team, and were seen cheerfully smiling at each other after their meeting.
The former Brazil U-20 star will be wearing the number ten jersey for Kotoko and will hope he brings his quality to help his team; in both the Ghana Premier League and the CAF Champions League.
