Evangelist IK Aning has been accused of stealing his all-popular song, Bobolebobo from another musician.
Evangelist IK Aning has become the new toast in the country following the release of his hit track, Bobolebobo.

A livid Evangelist IK Aning said he was not consulted in the making of the Mahama version of the song and that the singer violated the copyright laws, hence the need to pay him some royalty.
“I have spent money on the song, so if you want the song, you should have informed me for us to sit and share the cost before you go ahead with your version.
“My beat and words were adopted for the Mahama version, and the artiste who did that will surely be paid, so he needs to also give me something that I can use to produce another song” he said at the time.
Even before he commences negotiations with the NDC, another Musician has emerged on the scene accusing the Evangelist of ‘stealing’ the song from him.

Minister Isaac Sie who spoke on Accra-based Zylofon FM on Thursday claimed that he released the ‘original’ Bobolebobo song ‘before August, 2017 and started promoting the song in the Brong Ahafo region’.
He further claimed that he posted the track on Youtube on 7th September, 2017.
“I then launched the album with 7 tracks on 25th February, 2018 hence I own the copyright of this song,” he said.
Minister Isaac Sie however claimed that he was not interested in dragging the issue and hence called on Evangelist IK Aning to admit that he ‘stole’ the trending gospel song from him.
“I don’t want anything from Rev. IK Aning, I only want him to admit that the original song belongs to me then we can end this whole issue,” he said.
