“It was easy for me to accept Gala, it’s a big club, Onyekuru told me how special are the fans, I saw how they welcomed me at the airport… I was so happy” – Osimhen since joining Galatasaray said.
He expresses his excitement about his reunion with Belgian winger Dries Martens, who recently joined Galatasaray, stating that he contributed to his move to the Turkish club.
“I was already following Gala since Dries Mertens joined them, I can’t wait now” – Osimhen said. ,Prior his move, huge admirers waiting to meet Victor Osimhen in person welcomed him to the airport when he arrived in Turkey on a private plane.
The Nigerian international signed a Galatasaray on a two-year loan contract which will end in June 2025. Meanwhile, Galatasaray’s next match will be at home against Rizespor on Saturday, September 14th, with Osimhen set to make his debut since joining the squad.
