Founder and leader of Reign House Chapel, Prophet Eric Boahen Uche, widely known as Prophet Uche, has released a fresh set of prophecies for the year 2026, touching on Ghana, Nigeria, the United States, and other parts of the world.
The prophecies were delivered during the church’s Watch Night Service on December 31, 2025, a gathering that drew a large congregation as the year ended. Prophet Uche, who is often described as a spiritual son of Prophet Isaac Owusu Bempah of Glorious Word Power Ministries, spoke confidently about what he believes lies ahead in the new year.
According to him, 2026 will be a year of major political shake-ups, especially involving powerful leaders across different countries. He warned that events already unfolding beneath the surface will soon become visible.
Tinubu will be forced to step aside – Prophet Uche
One of the strongest declarations made by the prophet concerned Nigeria’s President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Prophet Uche claimed that the Nigerian leader would be forced to resign from office in 2026 due to growing unrest in the country.
He said Nigeria would experience an unusual wave of strike actions and pressure from different sectors, creating a situation that would become difficult to manage.
“If care is not taken, Tinubu, the President of Nigeria, will be forced to resign,” he told the congregation.
Donald Trump to make a move for a third term
Prophet Uche also turned his attention to the United States, where he claimed former President Donald Trump would attempt to run for a third term in office.
Referring to his past prophecies, the preacher said he had earlier predicted Trump’s return to power, which he believes has already come to pass.
“I said Donald Trump would become president of America again, and it happened. I am still saying that Donald Trump will go for a third term,” he stated.
Mahama will be compelled to run again
On Ghana, Prophet Uche made a bold claim about President John Dramani Mahama’s political future. According to him, the President will be forced to seek another term after his current one ends.
He explained that, spiritually, President Mahama is expected to rule Ghana for eight years, not four. In his words, this decision has already been settled in what he described as a “spiritual court.”
“In the spiritual court, where heaven met, our father John Dramani Mahama must rule Ghana for eight years and not four years,” he said.
Prophet Uche added that he had shared this revelation privately with close associates and senior figures several months ago, long before making it public.

“I told people close to me and papa about this about eight months ago. Mahama will be forced to go for another term,” he insisted.
As has become common at the start of every new year, the prophecies have already sparked conversation among church members and the wider public, with many waiting to see how events will unfold as 2026 progresses.
A Ghanaian minister of state will be sacked
He also said that President John Dramani Mahama will sack his first Minister of State in 2026.
A former president will die in March
He also indicated that a former President of Ghana is likely to pass on in March 2026.
“Let us pray, Ghana, that in the month of March we will not lose any former President,” he said.
